All users, without exception (children included), must carry their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, be it a passport or ID, according to the laws of the country or countries being visited. It will be on their behalf when the trips require it to obtain visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. In the event that the granting of visas is rejected by any Authority, for particular reasons of the user, or their entry into the the country due to lack of the required requirements, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or because it is not a carrier of the same, the organizer declines all responsibility for events of this nature, being the consumer's responsibility for any expense that arises, applying in these circumstances the conditions and rules established for cases of voluntary withdrawal of services. All users are also reminded, and especially those who have a nationality other than Spanish, that they must ensure, before starting the trip, that have complied with all the applicable visa regulations and requirements in order to be able to enter without problems in all the countries that are going to be visited. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permit signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it can be requested by any authority.

All passengers are required to open an account on board. You will need to bring a credit card to the cruise (debit cards are not accepted) or, failing that, a cash deposit of €/$200 per passenger, as a deposit for the cabin. Any extra purchase or service within the cruise will be deducted from this deposit or from your credit card.

The price of your cruise includes all meals, as well as water service in bars and restaurants and juice, coffee and tea service in the main restaurants. Objects that generate heat or produce flames such as irons, electric stoves, candles, incense or any other object that could cause a fire are not allowed on board. Curling irons and hair dryers are allowed.Weapons,explosives and any other object that poses a risk to persons or property are not allowed on board.Such objects will be confiscated by the ship's security personnel and will be taken the corresponding measures. The possession of items such as diving knives must be declared to the ship's personnel at the time of embarkation. Such objects are allowed on board, but will be guarded by the ship's security personnel when they are not used on land.

The tables are assigned depending on the occupancy of the ship. You can choose between two dinner times, differentiated into the first shift at 7:30 p.m. and the second shift at 9:45 p.m.* The Horizon Ship has the following dinner shifts: first shift at 7:00 p.m. and second shift at 9:15 p.m.

In-stateroom dining is available 24 hours a day at great prices. You can choose from a wide variety of salads, sandwiches and desserts or whatever you need for a price indicated on the room service menu.
